1. Products and Sanctity (Kedusha)
- Handmade Nature: Our products (Tefillin, Tallitot, Mezuzot) are handmade and kosher-certified. Slight variations in texture, color, or finish are natural and certify the authenticity of the leather/material.
- Kosher Certification: We guarantee that all religious items are checked by certified scribes (Sofer Stam) where applicable.
2. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide from Israel. Please note the following important terms regarding international shipments:
- Customs Duties: You (the buyer) are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments in your country.
3. Returns and Refunds
- Custom Items: Items made to order or personalized (e.g., embroidered Tallit bags) are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Religious Defects: If a Halachic (religious law) issue is found by a certified authority within 30 days, we will repair or replace the item at our expense.
- Standard Returns: Unused, non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NASHDIDAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
5. Force Majeure
NASHDIDAN shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv or Ashdod, Israel.
